The intervention consists of the construction in a private park, a building complex for Total No 40 residential units, with an adjoining small sports center served as a Club-House (Bar - Restaurant).
The sports center is composed of a gymnasium, a swimming pool, a soccer field, bowling green and a small lake for fishing.
The units are divided into 8 buildings, with a different type of population that is of the surface.
The sports complex will be open to the public with direct access by road and the parking lot.
The whole area will be urbanized with roads, parking lots, pedestrian paths and public lighting.
